By delving into the personal projects and perspectives of contemporary artists, this quarterly periodical delivers its opening issue—fittingly themed along interpretations of conception—in spring of 2012. In these pages, collaborators were encouraged to use the MAKER spread as a playground and canvas, as a project to be created, curated and manipulated until the portrait is complete.
